"Big B Little b What begins with B?"
The barber from Dr. Seuss's ABC who cuts a baby's hair.
A Zed comes out the barber's coat pocket and says that he didn't want his hair cut so he flees the scene.
He cuts the one strand of hair off the baby but the hair magically grows back, he also plays the strand like a bass guitar. As the baby cries, the barber gives the baby a bow on his hair, but he still cries, so he takes the bow back and he calms down again.
The baby is very excited about the bubbles the boy blows, he is very bouncy in the chair he sits on.
