The Blue Turkey is the dish for Sam-I-Am made by Guy-Am-I, after Guy tries Sam's new dish. It is only seen in the Living Books version of the Green Eggs and Ham book. It is a meatless turkey made from a blue turkey animal seen offscreen, so it's possibly a tofurky.
