The Chippendale Mupp is a strange long tailed creature who bites his tail just to wake up from sleeping, but as he bites it takes quite a while for the pain to get to the backside of the beginning of his tail.
He is from the book called Dr. Seuss's Sleep Book.
In the Video of this book on the scene about him you will notices that his tail is on the inside of his mouth then he bites on his and closes his eyes and you will see the red light on his tail travel fast on his tail to him then he opens his eyes and mouth again, so his tail was never in place as it was in the book.
