Clementina "Teenie" Godiva is a character that appears in The Seven Lady Godivas. She is one of the seven daughters of Lady Godiva and Lord Godiva and her sisters are Dorcas J., Arabella, Mitzi, Lulu, Gussie, and Hedwig. Like her mother, she and her sisters are all nudists. Her fiancé is Peeping Tom who is one of the seven Peeping brothers. Lord Godiva leaves for the Battle of Hastings (1066) on horseback. Teenie and the rest of the sisters become fearful as horses are wild and untamed animals. Before he even manages to leave the castle walls, he is flung from his horse and killed. As a tribute to their father's fate, the sisters pledge not to wed until each of them has “brought to the light of the world some new and worthy Horse Truth, of benefit to man”. The sisters all leave the castle to find their horse truth except for Teenie as she is deemed "too fat for any horse to carry" making her distraught. She wanders around the barn looking for a horse truth. All seems lost until she notices one of the horses in the barn yawning with an open mouth. She takes a closer at him by sticking her head inside of his mouth. He then closes his mouth with her head still inside biting her nose off leaving her injured. The rest of the sisters return from their quest to the castle for lunch and notice Teenie covered in bandages. They are saddened by the current state she is in but she tells them not to worry as the horse that caused her injuries was a gift that their uncle Ethelbert gave them during Christmas the previous year and because of him, she was able to find her horse truth which is "Don't ever look a gift a horse in the mouth". After this discovery, she leaves the castle and marries Peeping Tom. She is never seen or mentioned again for the remainder of the story.
