Dr. Seuss's The Sneetches is a computer-animated special based on the book story of same name. It was released on Netflix on November 3, 2025.[7]
Synopsis[]
Once upon a time, there were Star-Belly Sneetches and Moon-Belly Sneetches who lived together on the beach, until one day they decided they were too different to live together. So they went their separate ways. But then Stella, a Star-Belly Sneetch, met Pearl, a Moon-Belly Sneetch, and they realized Sneetches are Sneetches, and no one kind of Sneetch is the best on the beaches. Now the duo must convince their tribes to put aside their differences and restore the original peace to they once had.

Difference from the book[]
- The plain bellied sneetches are replaced by the moon bellied sneetches.
- Sylvester McMonkey McBean is portrayed as a pet instead of a con artist in this adaptation.
Trivia[]
- This is the third animated adaptation of The Sneetches after Dr. Seuss on the Loose and the 1989 Soviet cartoon.
- This is the first Dr. Seuss animated special since Daisy-Head Mayzie, as well as the first special to be computer-animated.
