Earl Hammond (June 16, 1921–May 1, 2002) was an American theater, radio, film and television actor, and, in his later years, a voice actor for several animated films and TV series. His most known role is both the ghostly hero Jaga and the villain Mumm-Ra in ThunderCats and the other villain Mon*Star in SilverHawks.
Unfortunately, he lost his life to heart failure aged 80 on Wednesday, May 1, 2002.
He was one of the voice actors from the Dr. Seuss Beginner Book Video series.

Oh Say Can You Say? Narrator only at the beginning saying "Said a book reading parrot named Hooey.". And also he narrated "Ape Cakes, Grape Cakes".
