Elwood is the jester to King Lindy of Lime. He's the one that goes to check out King Noogle of Nug. Yertle the Turtle tells the king that Elwood is a spy. So Elwood is thrown into jail by the guards. His face looks exactly like that of Sue Snue, except for his eyelids, a light purple.
He appeared in The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "The King's Beard".
