Foo-Foo the Snoo is a strange angry animal from the book I Can Read with My Eyes Shut!. She wears a dark blue dress with blue flowers on it, she also wears gloves on her hands and she wears a mask for some unknown reason. Young Cat in the Hat seems a little uncomfortable encountering with the Snoo.
She appears later in Dr. Seuss's 123. Her two orange horns are counted, and Izzy is shown watching her.
