Herbie Hart is a young boy from the Dr. Seuss book Did I Ever Tell You How Lucky You Are? He has a Machine called the Throm-dim-bu-lator, One day He took it all apart and scattered the pieces everywhere and now he is trying to put it back together but has forgotten which part goes where.
He doesn't know if the Gick or the Goor will fit into the Skrux or the Snux or the Snoor. Old man from the desert of Drize assumes that Herbie will never get it back to together at this rate on how unlucky he is. Herbie has a pet cat who is confused and baffled as much as Herbie is.
