A man named Ish who happens to have a magic dish called an Ish-wish Dish. When he waves his hand a few times, he then stops and makes a wish for fish and his wish is granted as three fish appear on the yellow dish he has.
He appears in the book One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish.
