Joe and his Unnamed Brother are characters who appear in One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish.
The unnamed brother tries to hear Joe's call through a telephone but Joe proclaims that he can't hear him at all. Joe states that this isn't good and he knows that a mouse has cut their telephone wire and joe tells his brother "Goodbye!"
