Obediah and Methiah are Euchariah's baby sister and brother who appear in Halloween is Grinch Night. They are two of the many Whos in Whoville. They are often seen carrying plush dolls resembling themselves, possibly Voodoos of some sort.
It is never made clear which is Obediah or Methiah, as the two never spoke and were never referred to individually by name. However, it is possible that Obediah is his brother, since the name could be derived from the male given name Obadiah. Methiah could be his sister as is a Ukranian female given name, despite it sounding similar to the Norwegian male given name Matthias. Despite these facts, the confusion between the two is due to how the narrator somehow referred to them from right to left in one shot (as pictured to the right).
