Rudy Kangaroo, is a character in Horton Hears A Who! and is Jane Kangaroo's son. In the film, his name is revealed to be "Rudy" and he is voiced by Josh Flitter. He is a supporting character in both seasons of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss.

In The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss, he is voiced by Kathryn Mullen in Season 1 and Tim Lagasse in Season 2.
In the 1970 TV special Horton Hears a Who!, he is voiced by Chuck Jones. In the 2008 film, he is voiced by Josh Flitter.
Appearance[]
Rudy resembles his mother, except for his size and lack of a pouch. Plus, he’s cute and friendly.
Role[]
In the book and special, Rudy agrees with every word that his mother says. However, in the 2008 film, he is cute, friendly, has his own mind and actually likes Horton and believes in the Whos. For most of the film, he meekly obeys his mother's commands despite disagreeing with her, but when he finally hears the Whos, he saves the speck from being destroyed and jumps out of his mother's pouch to return it to Horton. When Jane demands that he come back, he follows his conscience and refuses.
