The Birthday Bird appeared in the Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "The Birthday Moose". Created by Theodor Geisel in the 1959 book Happy Birthday to You!, the Birthday Bird is in charge of all birthday festivities in the land of Katroo.
He is voiced by John Kennedy in the Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss.
In the Book he takes the Boy in the story to an amazing party by on an amazing adventure on having fun with him as he enjoys his special day from morning until night.
